Affirmations To Bless And Release

Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in, a deep breath out. (Repeat x3)

Breathe in. Envision the moments you’ve felt happiest, most fulfilled, most alive, most at peace. Now, envision the things you’d like to let go and breathe out. From the top of your head to the bottom of your feet, release all tension you feel in your body and repeat.

In a meditation, the guide once said try something so significant, “Don’t beat yourself up for enjoying the feeling of thinking back on times where maybe you felt happier, or more successful, or more loved, those are all good things.”

Where we get stuck is perceiving those memories as isolated feelings connected to a specific set of circumstances.

If the feeling of being loved, or great friendships, or good times, or money in the bank is what puts the sparkle in your eye, what we actually want is to simply continue to feel those good feelings.

The key is knowing and believing in your heart that the same feelings (or maybe something even better!) can come packaged in a number of different ways, through a number of different people and experiences.

So today, we’re going to focus on reinforcing the good and leaving behind the bad.

Let’s begin?

I am centered.

I am loved.

I have an abundance of every good thing.

I am happy.

I am whole.

I am healthy.

I give love.

I see the best in people.

I operate from a place of patience and compassion.

I prioritize my mental, emotional, and physical health.

I set healthy boundaries in my relationships.

I set healthy boundaries with my work.

I surround myself with nothing but God’s best for my life.

I am kind to myself.

I see the best in myself.

I like what I see and who I see when I look in the mirror.

I am confident in my ability to build a life I love.

My relationship are mutual and life giving.

My career and work are blossoming.

I find happiness in the little things, the big things, and everything in between.

My joy comes from the Lord.

I have the best friends and the best family.

I support my loved ones and they support me.

I know and celebrate the things that matter most.

I am not held back by anger, or jealousy, or offense, or negative energy.

I am living my best life.

I know and prioritize the conditions that help me thrive.

Depression has no place here.

Anxiety has no place here.

I am able to break free of anything trying to hold me down or back.

I trust the process.

I embrace my journey.

I have a peace and a calm that flows throughout me beyond my current circumstances and understanding.

My blessings are making their way to me.

I look forward to being blown away by the goodness of what’s in store for me.

I am making my way to where I want to be.

It feels good to know I am getting closer day by day.

All things are working together for my good.

I bless and release any part of my life that is inconsistent with God’s best for me.
