21 Affirmations For A Reset And Good Health Mentally, Emotionally, Physically, And Spiritually:

1. Father God, I place my life, my heart, my thoughts, and my well-being in your hands

2. I come to you petitioning for you to see my heart, my soul, my mind, my body, and bless me with a full reset and recovery to a place even better than I was before

3. I trust that you lovingly orchestrate each of my days, and I am sensitive to following the path you’ve laid before me

4. I am resilient 

5. I am blessed and highly favored 

6. I am at peace in my heart and mind

7. No attack mentally, physically, or spiritually will prosper

8. I welcome today and the goodness of what it has to offer me with open arms 

9. I am thoughtful with my words 

10. I am thoughtful with my decisions and the energy behind it 

11. I have a spirit of forgiveness, and I operate from a place of compassion

The last couple of months have been a lot —just shy of overwhelming. So much so that I found ways to justify taking a hit to my wellness practices because I felt like I just didn’t have the time or that other things were more pressing.


This quarter is going to be especially intense, so before it runs away from me, I’m going to prioritize getting and staying on track! ☺️
